Syniti Gives Back

We believe in doing our part to make the world a better place through a variety of charitable and volunteer initiatives around the world.

At Syniti, we are built for stewardship — and not just for data. Our Synizens are stewards of each other's careers, our livelihoods, our communities, and ultimately, the planet. Here are a few ways in which Syniti Gives Back.

Ways We Give Back

In many regions where Syniti operates, our Synizens gather together each year for beach clean-up days. We believe everyone deserves clean waterscapes and volunteering together to clean our beaches is just one way we can assist our world in reaching this goal.

Our Synizens also volunteer at community farms in their areas. This type of group volunteering not only has a positive impact on the environment, but also contributes to a sense of community among our teams and engages them with their surrounding communities.

Using their annual Volunteer Time Off benefit, Synizens gather in activities that involve environmental conservation efforts, such as cleaning and maintaining natural areas. Through these initiatives, Synizens contribute to preserving and enhancing the beauty of local landmarks, supporting sustainability, and fostering team spirit outside the office environment.

These annual service opportunities provide comforting essentials and small gifts to underprivileged children and those affected by homelessness, respectively.

Sharada Vidyalaya, a registered non-profit organization founded in 1922, serves underprivileged communities in the Old City of Hyderabad through its English-medium school, junior college, and degree and postgraduate programs. Committed to providing quality education, they focus on enhancing their infrastructure and supporting dedicated educators. Our Synizens in India partner with the NGO Ripples of Kindness (ROK) to donate school supplies, including bags and other essentials, to students across various grades. Syniti volunteers also present to students, sharing insights into the tech industry to inspire aspiring software professionals. Syniti India also supported infrastructure improvements, such as donating a science lab and smart screens. Students showed their appreciation by making presentations and creative performances.

Volunteer Time Off

Syniti believes in the power of people and data to make the world a better place. Through our Syniti Gives Back initiative, the company offers employees eight hours of Volunteer Time off (VTO) per calendar year to encourage charitable team activities or to offer time to a non-profit organization an individual employee feels passionate about.
