Syniti Completes Record-Breaking Q1; Sets Stage for Expansion
Sets Stage for Rapid Expansion in 2021
BOSTON, MA – April 27, 2021 – After achieving record growth in 2020, Syniti, a global leader in Enterprise Data Management, today announced its rapid acceleration with the best Q1 results in company history, its SAP Certified Gold Enterprise Support Integration, the introduction of real-time replication for Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the expansion of its global climate initiative, Syniti Forest.
“Enterprise companies that can leverage data beyond just a technical responsibility have an edge in the marketplace,” said Kevin Campbell, Syniti CEO. “Syniti’s unique approach enables organizations to use data as a competitive advantage to help grow revenue and reduce risk, among other business benefits. We’re grateful to have helped more customers and partners succeed last quarter and look forward to building on our historic results as the foundation of 2021.”
Continued Triple-Digit Growth
Syniti’s record-breaking growth in Q1 included an all-time high in combined software and services bookings for this fiscal period, with multiple regions achieving more than 275% YoY growth in software. This was also the first quarter with more than half of software and services bookings driven through partners, a significant milestone since announcing Syniti’s Global Alliances program less than two years ago.
SAP Certified Gold Enterprise Support Integration
Syniti’s partnership with SAP, among other alliance partners, continues to accelerate as it joins a select group of software partners that have achieved SAP Certified Gold Enterprise Support Integration. This SAP certification confirms that Syniti’s application connects to the SAP global support backbone and has built-in support for incident processing and remote diagnostics using SAP Resolve. Syniti’s application conforms to SAP standards for shared support processes, service-level agreements, and escalation procedures. As a result, the certified application can obtain efficient support from both the SAP support organization and from Syniti.
Over the course of several months, Syniti’s Product Support Organization was measured against a wide variety of SAP criteria and achieved a remarkable near-perfect score. This comes on the heels of its recent alignment with RISE with SAP which enables enterprises to realize improved productivity, reduce operating costs and support rapid growth by moving from on-premise, legacy ERP systems to a cloud infrastructure. Syniti is an SAP platinum partner offering solution extensions to help businesses move to SAP S/4HANA®, SAP® SuccessFactors® and SAP Ariba®. SAP resells data migration software from Syniti as SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti.
“Syniti is a collaborative partner with a clear customer focus. This is reflected in their impressive support performance,” said Hugh Robertson, Head of Global Partner Support, Customer Solution Support and Innovation. “Syniti’s support organization successfully fulfilled all requirements at a level to achieve gold certification status, the highest category in the SAP Enterprise Support Certification program and a true achievement.”
Syniti Data Replication for AWS
Enterprise organizations require data to be ubiquitously available and accessible to analytics platforms, data lakes and other applications. Syniti Data Replication (SDR) with Change Data Capture (CDC) replicates data in real time between databases, message queues or big data platforms without the need for professional consulting services. Originally available as software, SDR can now be deployed on AWS to replicate both on-premises and cloud databases to AWS targets, including Amazon RDS databases, Amazon Aurora PostgresSQL, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon QuickSight, Amazon DocumentDB, and more.
Expansion of Global Climate Initiative
In alignment with its purpose to make a positive impact across businesses, people, and the environment, Syniti announced its Climate Impact initiative last year as a way of giving back to local communities through reforestation. Beginning in EMEA and now expanding to The Americas and Asia-Pacific, the Syniti Forest celebrates customer and company growth achievements through the planting of multiple trees for every successful go-live and each new employee that joins the organization. With 4,000 trees to date, Syniti currently supports the Niss Waterfall Preserve in Ohio, Natural Park les Guilleries-Savassona in Barcelona, and The Cauvery Basin River in India.
Looking Ahead
Syniti will look to continue its innovation and growth in the competitive enterprise data market by leveraging AI capabilities from its acquisition of Virtyx, new automated workflows for data-related services in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, the Data Quality Jump Start and intelligent Business Outcomes, among other initiatives.
