Syniti Appoints Joel Bernstein to Its Board of Directors
Bernstein brings extensive financial expertise with international growth background
BOSTON – September 8, 2021 – Syniti, a global leader in enterprise data management, announced it appointed Joel Bernstein to its board of directors. Bernstein will serve on both Syniti’s board and audit committee where he will support the business’s growth strategy.
Bernstein is the Chief Financial Officer of the Customer Success Board Area & Head of Global Finance at SAP where he is responsible for leading the financial activities and profitable revenue growth of the company’s customer go-to-market organization across 130 countries. As Head of Global Finance, he oversees SAP’s global treasury, tax, facilities, shared services, procurement and global controlling, strengthening SAP’s Global Finance and Administration organization. A 25-year veteran of SAP, Bernstein is a seasoned finance professional, having held numerous positions across SAP.
