Enterprises are counting on artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver optimization, value, performance, new capabilities, and increase options for B2B and B2C customers. More than 24% of companies with over 250 employees have invested in some form of AI. However, AI and ML models are only as good as the data underlying them.
